US based rugby league team the Philadelphia fight have launched a new website to keep fans from the US and from around the world up to date with the latest rugby league developments from Philadelphia. With a big season ahead the new website, along with Facebook and Twitter will assist the Fight with building their brand in a crowded US sporting marketplace.

The Fight will kick-off their season on May the 16th with a friendly match against Canadian team the British Columbia Bulldogs.

A few days later on the 18th of May the Fight will host the USARL International 9’s at A.A. Garthwaite Stadium. The 9’s tournament will boast a total of 12 teams from the US and other parts of the globe.

The Philadelphia Fight’s first regular season game will take place on the 1st of June when they take on the Washington D.C. Slayers

The Philadelphia Fight have a long proud history of playing rugby league in the United States and were established in 1998. After many hard years of developing rugby league in the Philadelphia area, their efforts were rewarded when they finally won their first ever premiership in 2011.
